What is this tool and how do you use it?

Global Meeting Slicer is built for distributed teams that need to coordinate quickly across multiple timezones without doing manual conversions in separate tabs. Instead of checking one city at a time, you choose the cities that matter and move a single master UTC timeline. As you scrub, each card updates in real time using Intl.DateTimeFormat, so everyone sees the same absolute moment translated into local time. The green state on each card marks standard work hours (09:00-17:00). When every city is green at once, the interface highlights a Golden Hour state, making it easy to spot meeting windows that are respectful of global teams. To use the tool, first add cities from the dropdown. Next, drag the master slider and watch card states change from outside-hours to within-hours. Remove noisy locations until you find a practical overlap, then copy the selected time from the output panel as your meeting reference. This workflow is especially useful for engineering standups, release handoffs, and on-call transitions.
